I have a problem with this rule:
Only submissions from countries eligible to participate will be accepted. Those who are eligible to participate are:
* Participants aged 15 or more residing in:
o France
o Belgium
o United Kingdom
o Luxembourg
* Participants aged 18 or more residing in:
o Germany
o Austria
o Sweden
o Finland
o Denmark
o Norway
o Ireland
o Spain
o Russia
Why can't people from the Netherlands participate, I know loads of people from the Netherlands who are skilled in graphics. I don't normally whine about anything, but this is over the limit, there are probably more people in The Netherlands that play WoW then there are citizens in Luxembourg, yet they get to participate in this contest and we don't.
I hope this was a mistake and that The Netherlands can be added otherwise I find this quite rude.
Trolls just move along people, no one wants you here, I am just asking a question here :)
